What you'll do:
- Own analytics for assigned business units within a unit-centric model, serving as the main point of contact for the unit's stakeholders on data questions;
- Conduct ad-hoc research: identifying revenue growth opportunities, analyzing program and publisher performance, building segmentations, and spotting inefficient partnerships;
- Investigate data anomalies and incidents such as metric drops, zero commissions, or the effects of tracking migrations. Prepare diagnostic queries and a final report with conclusions and open questions;
- Develop and maintain Metabase dashboards: design their structure, audit existing reports, and write user-facing documentation;
- Build and maintain analytical datasets for KPI reporting and monitoring, including period-over-period comparison logic;
- Contribute to data mart development by defining requirements and refining business logic and mappings;
- Optimize existing ClickHouse SQL queries for performance and correctness;
- Review colleagues' queries to catch logic errors, source mismatches, and data type issues;
- Set up monitoring and alerts for key metrics;
- Write task specifications for adjacent teams (DWH, engineering) and present research findings to business stakeholders;
- Contribute to the analytics team's AI tooling: SQL templates, the metrics glossary, and reference data for the analytics bot.
-
What we expect:
Must have:
- 2–4 years of experience in product, operational, or data analytics; experience independently owning an analytics area or a business unit;
- Strong SQL skills: CTEs, window functions, complex JOINs, and aggregations on large datasets;
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase or similar): building dashboards, auditing them, removing duplicates and low-value visualizations, and writing documentation;
- Understanding of layered DWH architecture (raw → staging → marts) and experience working with data marts;
- Experience with ad-hoc research and data anomaly investigations: forming a hypothesis, testing it through a series of queries, and reaching a well-grounded conclusion;
- Ability to translate a business question into an analytical task and explain results to non-technical stakeholders;
- English at B1 level or higher (reading documentation, written communication, working with international teams).
Nice to have:
- Python for analysis and automation;
- Experience with forecasting and before/after analysis, including assessing the impact of technical changes (tracking migrations, attribution rule changes);
- Experience using LLM/AI tools in analytical work, with a critical approach to validating their output.
-

- Work in the international company;
- Hybrid (office/home office) or remote working format;
- Corporate education — courses and trainings;
- Voluntary health insurance after probation period;
