Working at Mitgo has been a truly valuable journey for me. During my time here, I’ve learned and evolved tremendously, both professionally and personally. Mitgo is a vivid, transparent, and innovative company that constantly embraces new ideas and opportunities. The challenges, teamwork, and dynamic environment have helped me develop my skills, broaden my perspective, and become more confident. I’m grateful for the experience and growth I’ve achieved along the way.

Mitgo is always changing and developing that ‘s why it is very interesting to work here as you are often involved in various projects and get various experiences. Also it is very different, big in terms of geography and businesses, and small and cosy like a family at the same time.

If you have any problems, you can easily discuss them with HR or your supervisor. They help and support you. When I decided to switch positions within the company, I just talked to my manager, and he invited me to work with a different market. If you're ready to learn and try something new, Mitgo will be there for you.

This is my first serious job, and I'm happy that things worked out this way. Of course, there are always ups and downs, but I really love my team. It feels like a family, and that's really important to me. When I do my job, I never feel like I'm being strictly supervised by my manager. I don't worry about trivialities, and I always know what results I'm supposed to achieve. I know I can always go to my superior for advice. It feels great.
