  • What you'll do:
    1. Research and Spread Identification
Identify high-paying offers and monetisation channels such as search feeds, native ad widgets, lead-generation and mobile offers.
Calculate EPC, payout, and margin per geo to set maximum buy-side CPC / CPI caps.
Track Global market opportunities primarily India, SEA, LATAM and emerging Geo’s.
    2. Campaign Launch and Traffic Buying
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on multiple platforms (partnered).
Configure targeting (geo, demographics, device, OS, placements) to find underpriced traffic.
Run structured creative and angle tests with high-volume variations to lower CPC and lift CVR.
Maintain a weekly testing calendar and deliver agreed test velocity.
    3. Routing and Monetisation
Coordinate landing pages, bridge pages, and feed setups to maximise revenue per visitor.
Work with partners on tracking, post backs, and attribution accuracy.
Monitor traffic quality, fraud signals, and compliance with platform policies.
    4. Optimisation and Scaling
Review performance daily (spend, revenue, ROI, EPC, CPC, CVR).
Cut losers fast using predefined stop-loss rules.
Scale winners by raising budgets before audience fatigue or rising costs erode margin.
Own campaign-level P&L and deliver against ROI and margin targets.
    5. Platform and Partner Management
Build relationships with platform reps, networks, and publishers to secure better rates, early access, and support.
Escalate policy, account, and tracking issues quickly.
    6. Reporting and Collaboration

Document winning plays (geos, angles, creatives, sources) to build a repeatable playbook.
