What you'll do:Advertiser Integration & Technical Collaboration
Manage end-to-end advertiser integration, with a strong focus on S2S (Server-to-Server) and API-based tracking integrations.
Coordinate with advertisers' tech/marketing teams to implement and validate tracking pixels, postbacks, and S2S integrations.
Work closely with the internal Integration/Tech team to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, API errors, and data mismatches.
Ensure integrations comply with platform standards and are optimized for accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
Conduct QA checks post-integration to validate tracking accuracy (clicks, conversions, sale value, etc.).
Business & Relationship Management
Act as a strategic point of contact for advertisers during onboarding and post-integration lifecycle.
Understand advertiser business models, KPIs, and campaign goals to recommend the right integration/tracking setup.
Collaborate with Business Development/Advertiser Success teams for smooth handoff from deal closure to technical go-live.
Proactively identify integration-related bottlenecks and drive resolution with minimal advertiser downtime.
Process & Documentation
Maintain integration trackers, SOPs, and troubleshooting documentation for common tracking/API issues.
Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and advertisers on integration progress.
Contribute to improving integration turnaround time (TAT) through process refinement. -
What we expect:
3–5 years of experience in Ad-Tech, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related digital ecosystems.
Prior experience as a Business Strategist, BDM, or Account Manager is preferred.
Strong technical understanding of S2S tracking, API integrations, postback URLs, tracking pixels, and attribution mechanics.
Ability to read/understand API documentation and communicate technical requirements clearly to business and technical audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and tracking validation.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, basic SQL, or tracking/analytics dashboards is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory with relevant experience).
GOOD TO HAVE
Prior exposure to affiliate networks, CPA/CPS/CPL models, or programmatic advertising.
Experience working with global/cross-border advertisers or agencies.
Basic understanding of JSON, webhooks, or RESTful API concepts.
