What you'll do:
Strategy & product marketing:
- Develop positioning, value propositions and messaging across the product portfolio;
- Analyse the market, competitors, audiences and growth opportunities;
- Prioritise products, segments and geographies based on business impact;
- Support new product and feature launches with positioning, content and go-to-market materials.
Acquisition & growth:
- Plan and launch acquisition campaigns across performance, content, email, partnerships and referrals;
- Own the funnel from first touch to activation, including landing pages, onboarding and reactivation;
- Develop SEO and content as long-term growth channels;
- Manage paid acquisition directly or through external specialists.
Publisher & creator acquisition:
- Acquire publishers and creators through direct outreach, communities, media and partnerships;
- Build and negotiate partnerships and integrations that generate qualified leads;
- Represent the brand at industry events and professional communities.
Brand & communications:
- Build industry presence through trade media, podcasts, conferences and social channels;
- Create sales and BD materials, case studies and success stories;
- Manage communications across relevant publisher and creator channels.
Analytics:
- Own funnel reporting, including sources, conversion, acquisition cost and payback;
- Analyse performance and turn data into actionable decisions;
- Regularly report on results, learnings and next steps.

What we expect:
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in B2B or B2B2C digital products
- Proven experience owning marketing as a one-person function: you can take campaigns from idea to execution and measurable results without a large support team;
- Experience in affiliate marketing, the creator economy, AdTech, MarTech, content monetisation, or related fields; you understand how the market works and what drives publishers;
- Experience with direct outreach and negotiation, with a strong understanding of the connection between marketing and sales;
- Strong written English: you can write landing pages, emails, and social posts yourself rather than relying on external copywriters;
- Strong analytical and data skills: you can build reports yourself and turn data into actionable insights;
- Comfortable switching between contexts and working across several products in a single day;
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for marketing workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience working with publishers, media groups, media buyers, or creators as clients or partners;
- Understanding of traffic monetisation models, including affiliate, RTB, native advertising, and content commerce;
- Experience launching a product in a new market or geography;
- Russian or additional European or Asian languages;
- Experience working in an international, distributed team.
