What you'll do:
1. Shape the marketing task:
- Quickly understand the product, market, audience, and project stage;
- Define what marketing actually needs now — from positioning to a full acquisition launch;
- Prioritise ruthlessly and avoid premature work before core hypotheses are validated;
- Align with the team on scope, priorities, and expected outcomes;
- Adapt as the project, product, or priorities evolve.
2. Launch from zero:
- Build positioning, messaging, landing pages, and initial marketing materials;
- Find the first users and acquisition channels without ready-made budgets, data, or playbooks;
- Set up basic analytics, tracking, and events to understand where users come from and what they do;
- Build the first meaningful marketing funnel from the ground up.
3. Acquire publishers & creators:
- Find and onboard publishers, creators, and other partners with relevant audiences and traffic;
- Use outbound, communities, partnerships, referrals, agencies, and platforms to drive acquisition;
- Reuse what works across projects: channels, lists, messaging, and proven approaches.
4. Test, measure, and inform decisions:
- Turn marketing ideas into clear, fast, and cost-efficient hypotheses;
- Measure every experiment and base decisions on data, not assumptions;
- Give MitgoX leadership a clear view of market potential and the cost of acquiring users.
5. Build, hand over, and move on:
- When a project grows into its own team, document and hand over everything you've built;
- Create reusable assets: landing page templates, proven channels, launch playbooks, and a trusted network of contractors and freelancers;
- Make every new launch faster and more cost-efficient than the last.
