Product Manager

Product management
Minsk (Belarus), Tbilisi (Georgia)

Mitgo is a group of companies operating several businesses, primarily in online advertising and digital marketing. Tapfiliate is a B2B SaaS platform for launching and managing affiliate programs. The product covers the entire affiliate lifecycle, including payouts, taxes, legal requirements, and document management. We are looking to strengthen our Product Management team and are hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of Tapfiliate’s product development.

Share:
  • What you'll do:
    • Become the product owner of Tapfiliate, a B2B SaaS platform for affiliate programs with nearly 1,000 customers;
    • Be the sole owner of everything that goes into development: take a stream of problems and requests from Customer Success, Marketing, and the Business Unit Lead, turn them into solutions, drive them through to production, and own the outcome;
    • Own the key metrics, product roadmap, and backlog, as well as how they translate into business impact;
    • Take full ownership of process management and product analytics — there are no dedicated Project Manager or Product Analyst roles on the team;
    • Be the primary stakeholder for Design: actively engage in the process, provide feedback and iterate on designs until they reach a strong final result;
    • Use AI to solve product and technical problems — from working with data to independently exploring and understanding the codebase.
  • What we expect:
    • Experience in B2B SaaS and hands-on experience with practices such as onboarding, activation, pricing, conversion optimization, and testing;
    • Understanding of key B2B product concepts: where bottlenecks typically occur and what should be validated first;
    • Hands-on product analytics: able to set up and configure analytics, work with data independently, and use AI tools rather than relying on an analyst queue;
    • Strong process management skills: planning, prioritization, deadlines, status tracking, and keeping people aligned;
    • A good understanding of technical constraints at the stage when a solution is being conceptualized, rather than only after development has already started;
    • Technical independence: able to explore a codebase using AI tools and approach developers with a hypothesis rather than asking, “Can you explain how this works?”;
    • Hands-on vibe coding experience over the past year: at a minimum, built something for personal use and actually used it; ideally, built something commercial for others.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in a relevant domain: affiliate marketing, partner programs, or performance marketing;
    • Experience with a competing or adjacent product and an in-depth understanding of our market from the inside;
    • Experience with B2B products involving money and documents: payouts, billing, taxes, and electronic document management;
    • English proficiency at B1 level or above.
  • We offer:
    • Work in the international company;
    • Additional days off as well as employee assistance programs;
    • Hybrid working format (office/home office);
    • Modern offices or access to coworking spaces;
    • Corporate education — courses and trainings, meetups and conferences;
    • Voluntary health insurance after probation period;
    • Partial reimbursement of gym membership costs;
    • Buddy Program for efficient onboarding communication and acquaintance with colleagues;
    • Corporate events and team buildings.
