Senior Project Manager

• Join the team of our startup laboratory Mitgo X;
• Work with multiple product initiatives simultaneously;
• Fulfill the role of a business analyst and provide teams with well-developed specifications;
• Spend part of the time assisting with product functions, such as collecting and processing user feedback.

• At least 4 years of experience working as an IT project manager;
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience writing technical specifications;
• Strong facilitation skills;
• High ability to systematize and organize;
• Ability to quickly dive into new topics;
• Understanding of the product-driven approach;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Experience using AI tools within a company or in pet projects.

Will be a plus:

• Experience or education in product management;
• Experience in one of the following fields: internet advertising, affiliate marketing, marketplaces, bloggers & infuencers;
• Experience or education in business analysis;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• You can vibe-code a product prototype or an internal tool.
