  • What you'll do:

    Team management:

    • Lead a team of internal IT engineers;
    • Set priorities and monitor SLA compliance;
    • Develop support processes and internal service delivery;
    • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development.

    Internal IT support:

    • Ensure smooth operation of the employee support service;
    • Organize onboarding and offboarding processes;
    • Maintain corporate services, user accounts, and workstations;
    • Develop a knowledge base, instructions, and service standards.

    Hardware management:

    • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate hardware: procurement, delivery, inventory, repair, replacement, and disposal;
    • Ensure timely delivery of equipment to employees across different countries;
    • Maintain up-to-date IT asset records.

    Office infrastructure:

    • Ensure the operation of office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN);
    • Maintain internet connections and network equipment;
    • Ensure the functionality of meeting rooms, printers, and access control systems;
    • Participate in opening new offices and upgrading existing ones.

    Local server infrastructure:

    • Maintain the fleet of local servers;
    • Organize their inventory, deployment, and monitoring;
    • Ensure the stable operation of internal services.

    Procurement and licensing:

    • Manage the procurement process for hardware and software;
    • Plan needs and budgets;
    • Monitor suppliers, delivery timelines, and service quality across different countries;
    • Manage licenses and subscriptions: inventory, renewals, cost optimization, and vendor communications.
  • What we expect:
    • At least 5 years of experience in system administration;
    • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of system administrators or technical support engineers;
    • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographic locations;
    • Understanding of international logistics and equipment procurement specifics;
    • Strong administration skills in Google Workspace;
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory;
    • Good knowledge of office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN);
    • Experience administering Windows Server and Linux Server;
    • Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and SSO;
    • Experience in procurement budget management: planning, budget justification, and spending control;
    • Fluency in Russian and English.

      Nice to have:

    • Experience supporting 1C servers, Datev, or other local accounting systems;
    • Experience setting up new offices or relocating existing ones from scratch;
    • Experience in international procurement of hardware and licenses, considering the requirements of different jurisdictions;
    • Experience implementing and managing MDM for macOS and Windows.
