What you'll do:
- Creating user documentation with the help of LLMs (GPT, Claude);
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for external users and clients (user guides, instructions, and FAQs);
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for company employees in the internal knowledge base (guidelines, process descriptions, and tool documentation);
- Writing and proofreading UX copy;
- Participating in the development and implementation of documentation standards.

What we expect:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) for documentation creation and management;
- Ability to collect, analyze, and organize information into clear and structured documentation tailored to different audiences;
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;
- Excellent command of written language and strong proofreading skills;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Markdown;
- English proficiency of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
Nice to have:
- Solid understanding of the IT industry or a technical education background;
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset;
- Previous experience in CPA marketing.
