What you'll do:• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing advertisers in the mobile space
• Proactively initiate client meetings, identify business opportunities, and close deals
• Prepare customized commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing performance of existing partners
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic sources, and optimize for better results
• Continuously monitor mobile market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction -
What we expect:
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (apps, MMPs, attribution models, key industry players)
• Knowledge of traffic sources such as in-app, OEM, influencer, and programmatic, including their advantages and limitations
• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech industry
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable growth strategies
• Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
