We are looking for a senior, commercially driven Director, OEM Business (Global) to own and grow the global OEM business at Mitgo / Admitad. The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with major OEMs and connected-device ecosystems. While mobile OEMs remain an important part of the scope, the role will also expand into Connected TV and other emerging connected-device platforms. This is a hands-on commercial role. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for partnership development but also for direct sales, revenue growth, pipeline development, negotiations, and closing strategic deals. You will work closely with the existing Sales, Publisher, and Customer Success teams to maximize the value and growth of OEM partnerships.

  • What you'll do:


    • Own the global OEM business strategy and drive its next phase of growth.
    • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with major OEMs and connected-device platforms.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value business opportunities.
    • Drive sales and revenue growth directly through new and existing partnerships.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and develop partnership proposals and business models.
    • Explore new markets, ecosystems, and opportunities beyond traditional mobile OEMs.
    • Work closely with Sales, Publisher, and CS teams to ensure successful partnership growth.
    • Monitor global OEM, mobile, advertising, and connected-device market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • What we expect:


    • 12+ years of experience across the digital ecosystem.
    • Strong hands-on experience in mobile/OEM, digital advertising, performance marketing, ad tech, or affiliate marketing.
    • Proven track record in business development, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships.
    • Experience working with major OEMs or other large technology/ecosystem partners.
    • Strong commercial mindset with experience independently developing pipelines and closing high-value deals.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Global/international market experience is a strong plus, particularly experience managing partnerships across multiple regions.
    • Ability to work independently as a senior IC while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
