What you'll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic global and European publishers, acting as their main point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships across diverse publisher types (cashback, content, BNPL, influencers, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth through continuous account optimization, campaign scaling, and CPA negotiations.
- Conduct strategic reviews to identify partner needs, unlock growth, and resolve operational blockers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Finance, Legal) to fix tracking, payment, and traffic issues.
- Own commercial KPIs, maintain pipeline records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (publisher development, partnerships, or network management).
- Proven track record of managing and growing publisher partnerships.
- Strong understanding of publisher types, advertiser needs, tracking, commission models, validation, and traffic quality basics.
- Existing professional network within the affiliate marketing industry, especially across Europe or Western markets.
- Ability to independently lead commercial conversations and negotiate growth opportunities.
- Experience using CRM, affiliate platforms, reporting dashboards, or similar commercial tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel across Europe for publisher meetings, events, and business development.
