What you'll do:
• Drive new business across brands, agencies, marketplace sellers, and strategic partners by identifying, pitching, and closing high-value opportunities.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with brand decision-makers, marketing leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and solutioning to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop tailored partnership strategies across influencer marketing, creator collaborations, affiliate campaigns, brand-performance models, and content-led activations.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Translate client goals into clear campaign recommendations tied to awareness, engagement, acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
• Partner closely with strategy, creator partnerships, campaign management, finance, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead client presentations, business reviews, and growth plans with confidence and commercial rigor.
• Use market trends, competitor activity, campaign insights, and audience data to shape smart, scalable growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing a strong point of view on influencer marketing, creator strategy, and brand growth.

What we expect:
What You’ll Own
• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or commercial roles within digital marketing, media, SaaS, adtech, martech, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
• Strong experience selling or managing brand partnerships, influencer marketing, creator campaigns, or performance-led media solutions.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing client portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build proposals, structure deals, and manage complex conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including creators, content, social platforms, and performance marketing models.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn market and campaign insights into action.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience working with senior leadership, founders, or C-level stakeholders is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
• Direct experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Exposure to CPA, hybrid, pay-per-post, pay-per-reach, or other performance-based campaign models.
• Experience in high-growth, international, or fast-scaling digital businesses
