We’re looking for a Sales Manager who brings a consultative, SaaS-driven sales approach to building strategic partnerships in India. In this role, you will work closely with brands and agencies to understand their growth challenges and design scalable, performance-driven solutions. This is a solution-selling role, where success comes from identifying business opportunities, crafting tailored pitches, and building long-term relationships.

  • What you'll do:

    Strategic & Consultative Selling
    - Drive new business through insight-led, solution-oriented sales conversations
    - Understand client objectives and translate them into customized growth strategies
    - Build compelling pitches and proposals tailored to each client
    Agency & Partner Ecosystem Development
    - Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, media agencies, and consultants
    - Identify collaboration opportunities and drive co-selling initiatives
    - Develop a strong partner ecosystem to support revenue growth
    Business Development
    - Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
    - Focus on acquiring high-growth digital brands across sectors (D2C, fintech, travel, e-commerce, SaaS)
    - Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
    Market Development
    - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing industry insights and innovative ideas
    - Contribute to building Admitad’s positioning as a strategic growth partner in India
    Internal Collaboration
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong client onboarding and long-term success
    - Share market feedback to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
     

  • What we expect:

    Experience
    - 3–6 years in B2B sales, SaaS sales, digital solutions, or agency roles
    - Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
    - Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client relationships

    Core Skills

    - Strong communication and storytelling ability
    - Ability to understand business problems and translate them into solutions
    - Confidence in engaging with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
    - Relationship-building and stakeholder management
    - Commercial awareness and negotiation skills

    Ideal Background
    - SaaS or platform-based companies
    - Digital agencies (client-facing roles)
