We are looking for the Publisher Recruiting Manager to attract new publishers on Czech Republic market.

  • What you'll do:
    • Affiliate Publisher Recruitment: proactively identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier publishers, focusing on high-impact content creators, coupon, cashback, loyalty and fintech companies;
    • Strategic Matchmaking: work closely with our Advertiser and Sales teams to align local traffic with global campaign demands;
    • Performance Activation: don’t just sign them—get them live. Drive immediate publisher activation through hands-on support and optimization strategies;
    • Pipeline Management: maintain a recruitment pipeline, tracking KPIs such as sales actions and number of activated publishers;
    • Market Intelligence: stay ahead of regional trends in UA and CZ to source new traffic models;
    • Data Integrity: ensure all partner interactions and deal terms are accurately reflected in our CRM (Hubspot) for transparent reporting.
  • What we expect:
    • 1+ years of experience in digital sales, affiliate or influencer marketing;
    • Sales-Driven Mindset: you enjoy the "hunt" and are motivated by hitting targets and seeing your recruited partners grow;
    • Market Expertise: a deep understanding of the digital landscape in Ukraine and/or the Czech Republic;
    • Native/Professional fluency in Ukrainian and/or Czech.

    Preferred but not a must:
     

    • Technical Literacy: solid grasp of affiliate tracking (S2S, pixels), deep links, and promo code mechanics;
    • Process Oriented: experience using CRM tools and Excel to manage a high volume of leads without losing quality;
    • English (Professional working proficiency) is a strong plus for internal global collaboration.
