What you'll do:
- Act as the main contact for advertisers and ensure service quality;
- Drive revenue growth through upsell of additional products, new solutions, and premium placements;
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
- Ensure correct technical setup and integrations (tracking, promo codes, feeds, basic API understanding);
- Oversee publisher and promo code moderation according to internal SLAs;
- Manage reconciliations, validations, and invoicing in coordination with Finance;
- Monitor program health, performance, and overdue actions;
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards;
- Communicate proactively with advertisers (email and calls).

What we expect:
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Proven ability to sell additional products and placements;
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms;
- Good understanding of technical integrations;
- High level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach;
- Proficiency in English.
