What you'll do:
Responsibilities
· Own and execute the India & APAC regional marketing strategy across Admitad, Takefluence, and Trendweave, aligned with global priorities and revenue targets
· Drive demand generation and pipeline growth across advertisers, publishers, creators, and strategic partners
· Develop and scale influencer and creator marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on performance and measurable outcomes
· Build and manage long-term collaborations with creators, influencers, and social-first partners to drive brand visibility and revenue impact
· Lead regional social media and content strategies, ensuring relevance to local platforms, formats, and creator ecosystems
· Plan and deliver integrated go-to-market campaigns across content, performance, social, partnerships, PR, events, email, and paid channels
· Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and Product teams to support revenue growth and market expansion
· Localize global messaging, product launches, and value propositions for India and APAC markets
· Own and execute regional events, webinars, and industry partnerships across performance marketing, e-commerce, fintech, and creator economy verticals
Track, analyze, and optimize performance using data-driven KPIs (leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, creator performance metrics)· Manage regional marketing budgets, priorities, and timelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability

What we expect:
· 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, preferably within performance marketing, affiliate marketing, adtech, martech, SaaS, or creator platforms
· Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media ecosystems, and creator collaborations, especially in India and APAC
· Proven experience managing regional or multi-market marketing initiatives
Deep familiarity with India & APAC digital landscapes, including creators, platforms, publishers, advertisers, and agencies· Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact, not just brand awareness
· Hands-on experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns
· Strong experience partnering with sales teams and senior stakeholders
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign, funnel, and creator performance
· Excellent communication skills in English; ability to align stakeholders across cultures and time zones
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple products and priorities
