What you'll do:
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for external users and clients (user guides and FAQs);
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation for company employees in the internal knowledge base (guides, process descriptions, and tool documentation);
- Writing or proofreading UX texts;
- Participating in the development and implementation of documentation standards.

What we expect:
- The ability to gather information and create structured, clear documentation for different target audiences;
- The skill to explain technically complex things in an accessible and concise manner;
- A high level of literacy;
- Basic knowledge of markup languages (HTML, Markdown);
- English language proficiency not lower than B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
