What you'll do:
- Identify and connect with C-level and senior decision-makers at brands, agencies, publishers, and mobile app companies in Mexico and Brazil.
- Facilitate warm introductions that lead to qualified business conversations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of mobile advertising–relevant prospects and partners.
- Map the mobile advertising ecosystem in each target market, including major agencies, ad networks, DSPs, publishers, carriers, and advertisers.
- Provide insights on competitive dynamics, market trends, and priority accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the digital and advertising ecosystem.
- Represent the company during market visits, industry events, and business meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor on local business norms, culture, and expectations.
- Support go-to-market efforts with local expertise on pricing, media budgets, and procurement processes.
- Advise on strategic local partnerships to accelerate market entry or growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product-market fit and local requirements.
- Keep clear documentation of meetings, introductions, and deal progress.
- Deliver periodic reports on key contacts, market insights, and BD impact.
- Meet targets for introductions and defined performance milestones.

What we expect:
- 5+ years in mobile advertising, digital media, adtech, programmatic, or agency sales in LATAM.
- Strong professional network in Mexico (priority) and/or Brazil, including advertisers, media agencies, publishers/app developers, adtech platforms.
- Proven ability to open doors and secure meetings with senior executives.
- Deep understanding of mobile advertising, mobile measurement, user acquisition, and media buying.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and deliver market-specific insights.
- Excellent communication skills: Spanish or Portuguese, and fluent English.
- High professionalism, discretion, and strong cultural awareness.
- Highly connected, relationship-oriented, and confident working with executives.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and roadshows.
