What you'll do:
- Growth, development and maintenance of the existing set of publishers;
- Resolving product, tools and service-related issues promptly and professionally;
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns and development of new ones;
- Building and managing a sustainable recruitment pipeline through outreach, referrals, industry events, and inbound applications;
- Development and execution of outreach strategies, including cold pitching and warm introductions to bring in high-potential partners;
- Preparation of weekly reports on performance and activities;
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.

What we expect:
- 2+ year of experience in CPA, digital marketing;
- Excellent negotiating skills, business correspondence;
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships;
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;
- Competent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise tasks;
- Focus on results;
- Self-discipline and high motivation to developing publishers and growing the markets;
- Team management skills will be an advantage.
