We are looking for a Senior Publisher Recruiting Manager who will join our Global Publishers Success Team.

  • What you'll do:
    • Lead the acquisition and onboarding of new affiliate publishers across key verticals in Europe;
    • Build and manage a sustainable recruitment pipeline through outreach, referrals, industry events, and inbound applications;
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold pitching and warm introductions to bring in high-potential partners;
    • Represent Admitad at affiliate marketing conferences, expos, and networking events across Europe and other regions;
    • Maintain a clear system of tagging, qualification, and handover of recruited publishers to development teams;
    • Collaborate closely with regional managers, product, and compliance to ensure publishers are well-supported post-signup;
    • Deliver weekly reports and insights on recruitment performance, funnel metrics, and publisher quality;
    • Actively participate in testing of new tools for recruitment;
    • Achieve monthly recruitment and activation KPIs.
  • What we expect:
    • 3+ years in affiliate marketing, or publisher recruitment;
    • Strong business development or sales background with a track record of hitting recruitment or revenue targets;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluent), other European languages a plus;
    • Experience managing CRM pipelines (Hubspot, Salesforce).
    • Comfortable with outbound activity: LinkedIn, email, telegram, DMs, etc.;
    • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and publisher meetings;
    • Self-starter mentality with structured approach to outreach, qualification, and follow-up;
    • Basic understanding of publisher segmentation and affiliate tools (e.g. tracking platforms, integration types, etc.)
    • Existing network of affiliate publishers is a big plus.
