What you'll do:
- Join the team of our flagship business — the Admitad Partner Network;
- Quickly get up to speed with the context of the partner network or bring existing expertise in this field;
- Be a strong communicator — able to align business, development, and service teams, establish processes, and balance the interests of all parties;
- Organize effective communication channels and collaboration platforms;
- Possess business analysis skills to formulate clear and detailed specifications for the development team (primarily for straightforward tasks).

What we expect:
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
- Experience in writing technical specifications;
- Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings effectively;
- High level of organization and systematic thinking;
- Ability to quickly dive into new topics;
- English level B1 or higher.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in one of the following areas: online advertising or affiliate marketing;
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or having completed relevant training.
