What you'll do:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue and market share across APAC, especially in high-growth markets like India, Singapore, Australia, and SEA.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, publishers, media agencies, and tech partners.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new client acquisition opportunities, ensuring consistent quarter-on-quarter growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with client servicing teams to deliver best-in-class campaign performance and customer experience.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and strategic consultations.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Define go-to-market strategies tailored to different markets within APAC, with localized initiatives for India.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings across the region.
- Lead and mentor a cross-regional commercial team, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals with product capabilities and market demands.
- Report regularly on commercial performance to senior leadership, including forecasts, wins, and strategic risks.

What we expect:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, client servicing, or commercial leadership within the tech, media, or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC advertising ecosystem, with deep networks in India and regional markets.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding business portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel across APAC for client and internal meetings.
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in ad tech, martech, or digital media platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities (English required; regional languages a plus).
