Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will lead marketing activities for Admitad product in Poland.

  • What you'll do:
    • Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote Admitad across Poland;
    • Drive demand generation through paid campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and events;
    • Localize and scale global campaigns, adapting messaging and creatives for Polish audiences;
    • Build brand awareness via partnerships, influencers, events, PR, and community marketing;
    • Manage external contractors (copywriters, media buyers, designers) and local agencies;
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and affiliate teams to align on go-to-market efforts;
    • Create marketing content: landing pages, newsletters, social media, presentations;
    • Track key metrics (leads, traffic, signups, campaign ROI) and optimize performance.
  • What we expect:
    • 4+ years experience in marketing roles, ideally in tech, SaaS, or affiliate industries;
    • Strong understanding of Polish digital/affiliate/influencer marketing landscape;
    • Hands-on experience with performance and B2B marketing tools (GA, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.);
    • Native Polish + fluent English (written and verbal);
    • A strategic thinker with an execution mindset and strong project management skills;
    • Experience launching and scaling marketing initiatives from scratch in local markets;

      Nice to have:

    • Experience working in affiliate networks, influencer platforms, or advertising tech;
    • PR or influencer outreach background in Poland;
    • Familiarity with marketplaces, creator economy, or social commerce.
