What you'll do:
- Work with incidents in the call accounting system;
- Respond to alerts from web application monitoring;
- Fix simple problems according to prepared instructions.
What we expect:
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems;
- Understanding how a computer works;
- Understanding how the web works (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S));
- Understanding of the principles of operation of client-server applications;
- Ability to write simple scripts or programs in any language (preferably python);
- Knowledge of English from Pre-Intermediate level;
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
