What you'll do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including services agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and amendments to existing agreements.
- Manage corporate legal matters such as preparing powers of attorney (POAs), drafting minutes of meetings, and handling incorporation and other corporate governance issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on international laws, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific legal issues to support the company’s operations and strategic initiatives.
- Handle and resolve legal claims and disputes, including liaising with external counsel and relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Advise internal departments on compliance with international laws and regulations, ensuring that company policies and practices align with legal standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies to support the company's global business objectives.

What we expect:
- 1-3 years of post-graduation experience in a relevant legal role.
- Strong understanding of international private law.
- Basic knowledge of corporate law in both civil law and common law systems.
- Familiarity with regulations pertaining to online businesses, including privacy and advertising laws.
- Knowledge of international regulatory environments and compliance standards.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills.
