What you'll do:
MMP Management & Reporting Analytics:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MMP dashboards (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch / Kochava / AppMetrica).
Extract, transform, and automate reports (raw data, aggregated KPIs, ROI analysis) for cross-functional teams.
Ensure data accuracy by reconciling discrepancies between MMPs, ad networks, and internal BI systems.
Build and maintain automated data pipelines (Google Sheets / Tableau).
Analyze user acquisition (UA), retention, and LTV trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign budgets, targeting, and creatives.

What we expect:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with leading Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, and AppMetrica.
- Proven track record in report automation.
- Proficient in Excel for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience in dashboarding using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Graduation is a mandatory requirement.
- Well-versed in English as a primary communication language.
Experience working within Mitgo’s ecosystem (e.g., Admitad) is a significant advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify data anomalies.
- Self-starter who performs well in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data as actionable insights for leadership.
