Takeads is an ads network empower advertisers to deliver creative advertising campaigns that capture consumer attention without the use of personal data across current and future emerging digital environments at scale. We are looking for a Junior Monetization Manager to strengthen our team and work with our clients in the international market.

  • What you'll do:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Takeads offers to identify profitable business opportunities;
    • Introduce new technological products to the existing clients;
    • Prepare and implement a business strategy;
    • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients on a daily basis;
    • Help to solve problems and give recommendations on the development;
    • Monthly/Quarter online meetings with clients with the reports.





  • What we expect:
    • At least 1 year of account management and business development experience;
    • Knowledge of sales (up-sale) techniques and negotiations;
    • High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to prepare business offers and presentations;
    • Ability to analyze performance, find bottlenecks, give recommendations for the development;
    • Readiness to work in a dynamic and changing environment;
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
    • English B2-C1 (oral and written), knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
