What you'll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers post-sales closure, ensuring smooth onboarding;
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to complete the necessary processes for advertiser launch;
- Execute the integration process, ensuring advertisers are successfully set up on the platform;
- Test the correct operation of configured integrations in web and mobile applications;
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration errors;
- Guide advertisers through various integration methods, including API, XML, etc.;
- Maintain documentation and best practices for onboarding and integration processes;
- Provide ongoing support to advertisers post-integration to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field;
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or technical integration roles;
- Understanding of HTTP protocol and API (REST API, JSON);
- Confident knowledge of HTML and XML;
- General understanding of web application architecture;
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.);
- Hands-on experience with integration methods such as API and XML;
- Coordination and project management skills to handle multiple advertiser on-boardings simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration and tracking issues;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience in the affiliate marketing or ad-tech industry is a plus;
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus;
- Basic technical English. Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
