What you'll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers post-sales closure, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to complete the necessary processes for advertiser launch.
- Manage and oversee the integration process, ensuring advertisers are successfully set up on the platform.
- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Guide advertisers through various integration methods, including S2S, API, XML, and mobile app tracking using MMPs.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution setup using platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, and Trackier.
- Regularly update the sales team on onboarding progress and flag any potential roadblocks.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for onboarding and integration processes.
- Provide ongoing support to advertisers post-integration to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or technical integration roles.
- Strong understanding of mobile app tracking and attribution using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, Trackier, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with integration methods such as S2S, API, and XML.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills to handle multiple advertiser onboardings simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration and tracking issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the affiliate marketing or ad-tech industry is a plus.
