What you'll do:
Market Strategy & Business Growth:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to define business opportunities;
Identify and validate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for targeted sales efforts.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Drive the sales of the product, ensuring revenue growth;
- Actively identify and acquire new clients, build relationships, and close deals;
Create and refine sales materials (pitches, one-pagers, case studies) to support sales efforts.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Build and scale partnerships with Advertisers, Advertiser networks and Publishers;
- Negotiate and secure strategic collaborations to accelerate product adoption;
Manage partner onboarding and ensure long-term engagement.
Internal Collaboration & Process Optimization:
- Work closely with product, marketing, sales, advertiser teams to align on messaging, positioning, publisher and advertiser acquisition;
- Provide customer feedback to improve the product and ensure market fit;
Define and refine internal processes to streamline sales and account management.
Financial & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze business KPIs, including revenue, publisher acquisition cost, and retention;
- Contribute to budget planning and P&L management to ensure profitability;
Forecast revenue and continuously optimize the monetization strategy.
Scaling & Business Model Expansion:
- Identify new business models and monetization strategies to expand market reach;
- Explore new sales channels and opportunities for product distribution;
- Continuously test and refine strategies to maximize long-term growth.

What we expect:
- More than 5 years of experience in the field of Internet marketing and Affiliate business;
- At least 3 years of business management;
- The ability to build business processes, sales and business development strategies;
- Skills in managing complex projects and working in multitasking mode;
- Developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
- The ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of online marketing;
- The ability to achieve goals independently using a proactive approach;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
