What you'll do:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls;
- Managing correspondence and mail distribution;
- Overseeing office operations and supplies (stationery, groceries, courier services);
- Welcoming guests and providing refreshments;
- Assisting with document management, including primary accounting records;
- Maintaining a pleasant and comfortable work environment;
- Potentially participating in event organization in the future.
