We are looking for a Head of Partnerships who will join and will be leading our team.

  • What you'll do:
    • Continuously seek new opportunities to grow revenue through product improvements and innovations;
    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the partnerships department to drive growth and profitability;
    • Conduct personal meetings with key publishers to strengthen partnership;
    • Build and implement a systematic approach to working with publishers within the department;
    • Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual business KPIs;
    • Track performance metrics and analyze;
      Work closely with other departments to address and resolve publisher-related challenges effectively;
    • Recruit, onboard, and train employees to build a high-performing team
  • What we expect:
    • Experience in a similar role (Head of Publishers, Partnerships Manager, or in business development) in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or technology;
    • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and working with publishers;
    • Proven track record of communicating with top employees;
    • Ability to analyze data and work with performance metrics to make informed decisions;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key partners and colleagues;
    • Experience in building and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and train employees;
    • Strategic thinking and results-oriented, with strong analytical skills;
    • Possibility to travel;
    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
