What you'll do:
- Responsible for all financial aspects of a legal entity;
- Handle communication with clients, vendors and external provider on financial questions;
- Issuing sales invoices in government site of Prefeitura of Sao Paolo (including corrections, cancellation if needed, etc);
- Processing payout requests to our vendors and partners;
- Processing tax payment;
- Collecting all necessary information to service providers for tax and accounting closing;
- Matching, once a month, sales invoices to domestic and external direct costs;
- Manage all aspects of human resources legalities, ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with local law and company standards;
- Issue contracts of employment, along with reviewing and processing other documents pertaining to new starters, leavers, benefits enrolment, and change of contractual terms and conditions;
- Carry responsibility for payroll, organise and control employment compensation and benefits;
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues;
- Prepare and manage budget for the local office / legal entity;
- Coordinate with the Accounting team in terms of payroll, government claims (national service, childcare leaves etc).
You will receive adequate support from our central corporate structure on all matters HR, finance, legal and accounting.

What we expect:
- Experience in registration of outgoing invoices in municipal government portal (in our case we work in portal of Prefeitura de São Paulo);
- Experience in working with info from bank statements;
- Native Portuguese and fluent English and are mandatory - Spanish is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and pro-active attitude;
- Preferably degree in law, accounting or business administration;
- Previous experience of managing a legal entity is a plus.
