What you'll do:
- Maintain and update the list of active promo codes across all programs; ensure promo codes are effectively assigned to active content creators;
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content creators, ensuring that promo codes are used effectively;
- Create new Promo Code, Influencer and Arbitrage Programs, including creating descriptions, setting terms, and coordinating content creator moderation;
- Launch Arbitrage Programs within the system, track their performance, and ensure we operate profitably;
- Launch Influencer Programs from direct advertisers, track performance, communicate with advertisers, upload statistics, and receive payments;
- Continuously monitor program performance and update statistics and terms to ensure campaigns are meeting targets;
- Conduct creator moderation and communicate regularly with the scout team to support and develop quality content;
- Ensure all programs are running smoothly, troubleshoot tracking or payment issues, and confirm that all required content (promo codes, banners, etc.) is available and functional.

What we expect:
- At least 1 year in account management;
- Ability to analyze data and work with large datasets to monitor and improve program performance;
- High accuracy in managing promo codes, system uploads, and tracking daily metrics;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners;
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and take initiative in solving them promptly;
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level or higher;
- Experience in working with influencers or affiliate marketing platforms is an advantage.
