What you'll do:
- Attract market-leading clients and partners, signing deals with them;
- Build long-term, direct, and close relationships with advertisers;
- Regularly communicate with clients to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships;
- Set up meetings with potential clients, follow-up calls/emails, and hand off leads to the development manager;
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;
- Negotiate exclusive conditions (such as commission increases) and promotional activities;
- Account management of the internal system: Creation and moderation of advertisers' affiliate programs, networks, technical integration, and launch;
- Generate reports and provide analysis on clients' performance;
- Handle email correspondence and present the company during calls;
- Monitor and analyze performance to achieve revenue goals;
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting.

- Attentiveness, diligence, punctuality;
- Able to make decisions both independently and in a team, find compromises;
- Сompetent oral and written speech;
- Ability to learn quickly how to work in various personal accounts of networks and services;
- High level of English is required - at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Basic level of German would be an advantage.
