Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will join and strengthen our current team. You will be responsible for attracting advertisers in the Czech Republic.

  • What you'll do:
    • Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the affiliate marketing space and establishing strong business relationships with them;
    • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;
    • Negotiating and closing deals with clients, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
    • Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations;
    • Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the company's offerings;
    • Staying informed about the company's products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients;
    • Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation;
    • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • What we expect:
    • Proficiency in Czech and English (oral and written);
    • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or affiliate marketing industry;
    • A strong understanding of the Czech market and its dynamics;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry;
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
    • A results-driven and target-oriented mindset;
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • The ability to work independently and take initiative;
    • The willingness to travel within Czech for client meetings and industry events, as required.
