Mitgo Kickoff – 5 days of networking, face-to-face meetings and valuable insights at our HQ

This February, Mitgo Business Heads and Country Managers from many different regions converged on Mitgo’s headquarters in Neckarsulm, Germany for our big Kickoff meeting.

The agenda was full – with many deep discussions, useful presentations and group events for everyone to take part in. Sharing was at the heart of it, with participants exchanging stories and information on their business results, highlights (as well as lowlights) of the previous year and the challenges they aim to overcome in the coming year.

This long-awaited offline event helped our team to gain extra clarity in our joint processes, to finally meet colleagues from other countries in person and to… just have a great time together.

Here’s what some of our team said:

Artem, Country Manager MENA, Mitgo:

Our Kickoff session was a splendid opportunity to meet team members in person and build deeper connections with them. It was inspirational and motivational for me and, I hope, for my colleagues, too.

It was interesting to look at 2023 as a group, sharing our collective visions for the company’s growth and innovation.

Bruno, Chief International Officer, Mitgo:

Since corona, we’ve all been working isolated, as if on remote islands. We needed to reconnect. A Kickoff event was long overdue.

It enabled our management teams to reconnect physically, to interact & have real conversations on business-related topics as well as bond on a personal level.

It truly was an inspiring week that boosted team spirit and helped lay a foundation for future growth.

Pawel, Head of TakeAds:

For me as a newcomer to the Mitgo team, the Kickoff meeting was a great experience. It gave me the chance to meet all of the people I’d previously only met online.

As the newborn baby of the group, it was great to get different opinions and insights into Takeads, to get local, professional knowledge from various country managers and to exchange ideas and plans for 2023.

The different business units really got the opportunity to discuss ways in which they could cooperate together, where to use momentum and work hand-in-hand.

It was also inspiring to see the HQ’s presentations, hearing the ambitious goals that lay ahead of us.
