As we’ve previously written, Mateusz Lukianiuk joined Admitad as a Country Manager for Poland, and our office in Warsaw was opened on June 2, 2022. This strategic move helps attract new customers and tap into top local talent.
However, Admitad’s development in the Polish market started way earlier, and our Admitad Partner Network team in Poland has worked towards this goal for several years. In this article, we’ll share stories of their career path at Admitad.
Eugene Gusakovski | Head of Partner Network Poland
I joined Admitad almost 6 years ago to work with publishers. In Poland, the trend for Facebook groups was just emerging. Users created communities and shared links to AliExpress goods without any monetization. We just needed to tell them about Admitad and show them how to earn with affiliate links. That’s how we formed our first pool of publishers.
The company grew, and other international offers appeared. We realized that it would be challenging to develop in the market without being physically present in Poland and networking with clients. We took a broader look at the business, made specific plans, and developed a strategy.
From the very beginning, we weren’t perceived as a local network, and it was hard to launch advertisers because they would prefer local networks. It was a difficult period but an interesting one. Each new advertiser was like a victory for us. I don’t remember almost any advertiser connections being without face-to-face meetings. At that time, it was impossible to make a video call and sign a contract after several online meetings.
Our main goal for several years was to open the Poland office, and in June 2022, we finally achieved it.
I’m grateful to everyone and happy that I managed to form a team with a shared goal. A team in which people are strongly motivated to work and support each other despite their different characters and ambitions.
Artem Kaika | Senior Business Development Manager
When did you join Admitad? What were your duties?
I joined Admitad five years ago and worked only with publishers on AliExpress. Now, I oversee the development of Affiliate’s business and work on improving the Online Services segment in the Polish market.
There are a number of features that should be taken into account. Each client needs a different approach, and flexibility and willingness to take risks are also important. For example, once, we trusted a client and took the risk of connecting them to our platform, even though it wasn’t a classic type of tracking and our competitors refused to work with them. In the end, everything worked out, and we got an exclusive, profitable client.
What are your plans for this year?
To single out sub-segments in working with advertisers and expand the team.
I love Admitad because the company is constantly developing. At the same time, there’s a clear vision of where we’re moving.
I was fascinated by our team. Everyone is on the same page. Thanks to the team, we managed to distinguish ourselves as a separate GEO.
Аnna Datsiuk | Senior Business Development Manager
When did you join Admitad? What were your duties?
I joined Admitad 3.5 years ago as a Business Development Manager. First, I worked with publishers, then with advertisers. We attended different meetings and conferences. Since then, my position has changed. Now, I’m the Head of Segment. I think about new opportunities for Admitad in the Polish market, and it’s a challenge for me.
What are your plans for this year?
I want to make double the turnover, offer our partners something more than just an affiliate network, and launch advertisers from other segments. I want Admitad in Poland to become a strong player, and I think we have great potential.
Why do you like Admitad?
Our team is super cool and not toxic at all. We share a goal, and thanks to that, everything works out. When I just started working at the company, my manager let me know that I could try many things without being afraid to make a mistake. I felt that he was interested in my growth.
I like the opportunity to communicate with different people, attend conferences, and try new things. I also like that my job is online, and I’m not tied to a specific location.

What are your plans for this year?
To develop our Sales team and, of course, to achieve the KPIs set for 2022.
Why Admitad?
What I like most about Admitad is the ability to communicate with advertisers (marketing managers, marketing directors) and get up-to-date information from them about trends and new marketing channels. This gives me an idea of where to go next.

What are your plans for this year?
My personal goals match the team’s goals: get more advertisers, publishers, and sales. We all want to grow, and Poland is quite a big market with many ways to develop. I would also like to see our advertisers in person. I believe that with the Admitad office in Warsaw, it will be easier to do that.
What do you love most about your job?
Most of all, I like to communicate, help advertisers, and solve their problems. And, of course, our team. Maybe if there was a different team, I wouldn’t have worked at Admitad for so long.

It wasn’t easy without an office, and I think that its opening up will have a huge positive influence on our business
What are your plans for this year?
To present all our business on the Polish market as well as organize a large-scale business event.
What do you love most about your job?
I like that there’s no routine in my work. There’s always something new. Secondly, the team and the company. I had a turning point when Admitad stopped being just a job for me but rather became a family. You get used to it. You know everyone and feel relaxed, and this gives you confidence.
