Leupold von Löwenthal will take over two business directions: Admitad Partner Network and Admitad Technology. The latter is focused on software solutions initially owned by Adgoal, such as Admitad Extension link generator and Smartlink Technology that converts regular links into affiliate ones.

Dino Leupold von Löwenthal has an enormous affiliate marketing background. Starting his way in the industry as Finance Manager in 2005, he has eventually worked all the way up. Since 2012, he has been holding senior-level positions, including that of Head of Affiliate Marketing & Lead Generation (@Explido>>iProspect), Region Managing Director Central Europe (@Affilinet/Awin) and CEO (@VerticalAds Group).
Founded by Alexander Bachmann in 2010 as a stand-alone cost-per-action network, in just 10 years Admitad became a multi-vector ecosystem – a service provider for advertisers, publishers, and other affiliate networks. In 2019, it had 1500 advertisers, including Booking, Asos, AliExpress, Lenovo, etc. and delivered a total of $5bn in advertisers’ revenue.
Admitad is a subsidiary of AB Capital Group, along with a cluster of IT start-ups, a venture investment fund, and interests in multiple affiliate marketing businesses. The company is headquartered in Heilbronn, Germany. Its primary markets are the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Brazil, India, and CIS countries.
