What you'll do:
- Maintain the current sales methodology;
- Manage sales teams and carry on sales operations;
- Set sales goals and achieve them;
- Identify points of growth and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals;
- Implement sales goals and provide them to key individuals;
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales are handled effectively;
- Build strong, effective sales teams;
- Monitor the market, keep an eye on competitor products and activities, and provide detailed sales forecasting.

What we expect:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a sales leadership position with sales technology and CRM software;
- Fluency in English, another language such as German, Spanish or French is a plus;
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques;
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
- Experience with SaaS sales; demos are a major plus.
