We are looking for a Head of Sales to direct our sales teams, improve their performance, and help them achieve their goals. To be successful as a Head of Sales, you must have good leadership skills and the ability to drive the company's success.

  • What you'll do:
    • Maintain the current sales methodology;
    • Manage sales teams and carry on sales operations;
    • Set sales goals and achieve them;
    • Identify points of growth and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals;
    • Implement sales goals and provide them to key individuals;
    • Establish and maintain key customer relationships;
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales are handled effectively;
    • Build strong, effective sales teams;
    • Monitor the market, keep an eye on competitor products and activities, and provide detailed sales forecasting.
  • What we expect:
    • A minimum of three years of experience in a sales leadership position with sales technology and CRM software;
    • Fluency in English, another language such as German, Spanish or French is a plus;
    • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques;
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
    • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
    • Experience with SaaS sales; demos are a major plus.
