Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. The key responsibility in this role is to help drive the growth of the Admitad, primarily in the USA, Brazil, Europe, and APAC. The candidate will oversee the creation and execution of the marketing and communication strategy supporting business development in the regions. The role includes market analysis, marketing planning, business support, and management of strategy with the objective of generating revenue in specific markets. Your track record should demonstrate excellent product marketing and marketing metrics interpretation skills.

  • What you'll do:
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase revenue by building product awareness and gaining a leading market positioning of the company
    • Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, and implement incentives to ensure success
    • Work closely with central marketing- and business development teams 
    • Integrate user-experience feedback in product updates and new solutions
    • Actively work with the activation funnel
    • Closely monitor competitors’ successes and failures, and learn from them
    • Make sure you are up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • What we expect:
    • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position 
    • A customer-centric approach
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Webtrends, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Excellent organizational and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment
    • Fluency in English; another language such as German, Spanish or French is a plus 
    • Experience in digital marketing and affiliate marketing a major plus.
