Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Head of product to strengthen our team and lead the product development of partner network.

  • What you'll do:
    • Leading the product work on the Admitad partner network;
    • Forming and developing the product management department;
    • Maintaining the company's established planning, prioritization, and reporting system, as well as actively participating in its improvement;
    • Developing and updating the medium- and long-term roadmap;
    • Participating in the development of long-term product strategy and vision with stakeholders;
    • Launching new products and improving existing ones through hypothesis testing;
    • Creating a hierarchy of metrics and tracking their status;
    • Being a "player-coach" and independently working on products.
  • What we expect:
    • Experience working in a product team as a Product Director/Head of Product;
    • Ability to structure information, retain complex context, and distinguish the main from the secondary;
    • Ability to research the market and quickly immerse yourself in new subject areas;
    • Product-oriented approach, understanding how experiments are conducted, focusing on rapid hypothesis testing with minimal or no development costs;
    • Experience managing a group of product managers;
    • Ability and willingness to develop the team, mentor, and share expertise;
    • Prototyping experience;
    • Understanding and practical experience with unit economics;
    • Experience with requirements management;
    • Upper intermediate level of English.

    Nice to have:

    • Strong UX skills;
    • Experience working with AdTech/MarTech products;
    • Understanding of the affiliate marketing model, ideally with experience in a manager position in a partner network;
    • Experience with redesigning/relaunching major products;
    • Ability to establish both team and back-office business processes within your product;
    • Background in project management, business, or systems analysis.
