What you'll do:
- Analyze workflows in the company in order to optimize them and automate them if necessary;
- Interview workflow owners and participants;
- Formulate process optimization procedures and/or automation terms of reference with and without developer involvement;
- Adjust the workflow templates and Bitrix24 modules; set up new ones from scratch;
- Design and describe integrations of the corporate portal with other corporate services;
- Advise related teams (first-line support, analytics, PMs, developers, testers) on the operation of the corporate portal; participate in testing the functionality for compliance with the terms of reference;
- Implement the procedures and/or developed functionality: presentations, user onboarding, assistance in documentation drafting.
-
What we expect:
- General experience with Bitrix24 and in setting up workflows, or enough desire and motivation to dive in and understand how the product works from the inside out;
- Ability to present thoughts clearly and convey the main point; use graphs and diagrams to make things simpler;
- Ability to use BPMN to model and design workflows;
- Stakeholder interviewing skills; the /ability to identify the stakeholder's true needs;
- Experience in writing TORs and assigning tasks to developers; basic UI/UX skills for user interface prototyping;
- Intermediate English or higher.
The following is a plus:
- Certificates: Analyst, Bitrix24.CRM, No-code in Bitrix24, Bitrix24 Service Administrator;
- Understanding the API principles. It's important since corporate portal development and workflow automation are often associated with the integration of corporate services;
- SQL skills and experience with SQL databases. We need this because we demonstrate workflow automation performance on dashboards and in reports—and use ClickHouse, Grafana, and—rarely—Excel for that;
- Experience with YouTrack (e.g., creating a JavaScript-based workflow).

We offer:
