What you'll do:
- Marketing planning (prepare and help implement marketing plan and budgets, carry out product and market surveys);
- Sales coordination (analyze sales data for insights, provide product and information support);
- Customer management (provide insights and support in the customer acquisition and market share growth for achieving sales goals);
- New business incubation (direct handling of new divisions in initial stages);
- Superior processes (review and improve processes as per the Sales manual and the Intel gathering system);
- Procurement (closely work with the Business Head in identifying new supply sources, assess procurement improvement areas, local procurement);
- Team leadership (support Business Head in motivating, training, appraising & developing the team).

What we expect:
- 5+ years experience in marketing;
- Being customer-centric;
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.;
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis;
- Regularly produce and present reports;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field;
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
- Fluent English and Polish;
- German language is a plus.
