What you'll do:
Within the entrusted direction:
- Retention and expansion of the clients' base, minimizing clients' churn;
- Formation and moderation of the wishlist of clients;
- Conducting negotiations with potential clients, coordination of commercial terms;
- Analysis of clients' business needs;
- Preparation and implementation of development plans for key clients;
- Building a sales process and analysing sales performance;
- Control of accounts receivable of clients;
- Monitoring the achievement of business indicators of the department;
- Increasing profit and optimization of expenses of the department;
- Development a strategy for the department;
- Resolution of conflict and disputable situations with clients and partners;
- Market and product trends analysis, competitor analysis and benchmarking;
- Identification and analysis of risks, planning of measures to reduce and prevent them;
- Recruitment, adaptation and training of employees;
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy.

What we expect:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Team Leader and Business Development manager;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in digital marketing and affiliate marketing;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in gaming industry a major plus.
