Mitgame is a game performance network that helps gaming brands to interact with the right audiences and double the revenue through effective channels. We are looking for a CEO of Mitgame to join our team. To be successful as a Head of Mitgame, you must have good leadership skills and the ability to drive the company's success.

  • What you'll do:

    Within the entrusted direction:

    • Retention and expansion of the clients' base, minimizing clients' churn;
    • Formation and moderation of the wishlist of clients;
    • Conducting negotiations with potential clients, coordination of commercial terms;
    • Analysis of clients' business needs;
    • Preparation and implementation of development plans for key clients;
    • Building a sales process and analysing sales performance;
    • Control of accounts receivable of clients;
    • Monitoring the achievement of business indicators of the department;
    • Increasing profit and optimization of expenses of the department;
    • Development a strategy for the department;
    • Resolution of conflict and disputable situations with clients and partners;
    • Market and product trends analysis, competitor analysis and benchmarking;
    • Identification and analysis of risks, planning of measures to reduce and prevent them;
    • Recruitment, adaptation and training of employees;
    • Development and implementation of marketing strategy.
  • What we expect:
    • At least 2 years' experience as a Team Leader and Business Development manager;
    • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Experience in digital marketing and affiliate marketing;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Experience in gaming industry a major plus.
