What you'll do:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Admitad in India, aligned with company goals. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Sales Execution: Oversee day-to-day sales activities to achieve annual sales plans and revenue targets. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Use market insights to adjust strategies and product offerings.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales department.
What we expect:
