What you'll do:
- Collect business requirements and interpret them into functional requirements and specifications for the development team;
- Design and describe the logic of the systems and plan their integrations;
- Manage data, ideate the migration of data to a single analytical repository;
- Communicate with product managers, developers, enterprise representatives, and service units;
- Test the functionality against requirements; identify problems and solve them;
- Implement the developed functionality: supervise drafting and updating of the documentation, training support agents, managers, and other affected specialists.

What we expect:
- Ability to present your thoughts in a clear and well-organized manner, conveying the main points;
- Stakeholder interviewing skills; the /ability to identify the stakeholder's true needs;
- Ability to use charts and diagrams to make things simpler;
- Skills in analyzing the existing functionality and drafting product development specifications;
- Experience in creating tasks for developers, UX/UI designers, and other service units;
- Cross-team interaction skills;
- Understanding of how an API works;
- Having a track record of implemented results;
- English skills: Pre-Intermediate or higher (you will have to read documents in English);
- SQL skills, experience with SQL bases, and basic UI/UX skills would be an advantage.
