We are looking a Senior Marketing Manager to provide support to the Chief Marketing Officer in setting up marketing strategies for businesses, offering strategic insights, conducting marketing data analysis and providing sales and marketing support for front-end operations.

  • What you'll do:
    • Marketing planning (prepare and help implement marketing plan and budgets, carry out product and market surveys);
    • Sales coordination (analyze sales data for insights, provide product and information support);
    • Customer management (provide insights and support in the customer acquisition and market share growth for achieving sales goals);
    • New business incubation (direct handling of new divisions in initial stages);
    • Superior processes (review and improve processes as per the Sales manual and the Intel gathering system);
    • Procurement (closely work with the Business Head in identifying new supply sources, assess procurement improvement areas, local procurement);
    • Team leadership (support Business Head in motivating, training, appraising & developing the team).
  • What we expect:
    • 5+ years experience in marketing;
    • Being customer-centric;
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.;
    • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis;
    • Regularly produce and present reports;
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent presentation skills;
    • MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field;
    • Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
    • Fluent English and German languages.
