What you'll do:
- Maintenance and support of the company’s IT infrastructure
- Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows and Mac OS infrastructure services
- Maintenance of inventory accuracy in the office
- IT support of employees — help solve technical problems/onboarding/offboarding
- Development of IT policies and practices
- Deployment and support of software and policies

What we expect:
- 1+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator
- Strong experience with the administration of Windows/MacOS workstations
- Experience with either: AD/GPO or Azure AD or Jamf
- Strong Knowledge of OSI model, networking basics & protocols
- Experience with VPN technology
- Understanding of basic principles of Information Security
- English: Intermediate as must
- Ability to work with other team members and a desire to help others
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent work ethic and responsive attitude
- Self-motivated, organized, and methodical
